Instantly Seal Tyre Punctures

As the tyre rotates, the Air-Seal^® product spreads evenly over the inside tyre surface. Instantly, after a puncture occurs, the air pressure in the tyre forces millions of fibre particles and fillers suspended in the sealant to interlock, forming an airtight plug within 2-3 revolutions of the wheel. So this prevents any further air loss.
This action will be completed within two or three revolutions of the wheel. Because it happens so fast, the driver may not know a puncture has even happened.

DIY Options

Installing Air-Seal® is quick and straightforward when the correct amount is used. Air-Seal® is non-hazardous (non-acidic, non-caustic, VOC-free) but avoid contact with eyes or ingestion. For guidance on correct amounts, refer to the application chart or contact the Air-Seal® team.

As an owner of multiple machines mowing hundreds of hectares working along many and various roads. We encounter on a daily basis a lot of rubbish in the grass that cant be seen. On any given day we experience puncutres. We have started using Air Seal towards the end of this seasons mowing. I have noticed that our down time due to punctures is now down considerably. We still get puncture from tears from bottles and strips of metal in the grass etc however we are not getting as many. We will be starting next season in Spring, September 2026, with all 8 machines and all spare tyres we carry with Air Seal in the tyres to see how we go. Gino Canberra Mowing

Used Air‑Seal before in my motorbike and it stopped a slow leak, so when I got my new 4x4 and off‑road caravan I put it in both. DIY install was easy, no issues at all and everything’s been running smooth. Good peace of mind, especially when off road. Would recommend.
