Air-Seal® Hydro-Seal is a specialised tyre sealant for water-filled (ballasted) tyres, delivering reliable puncture protection where standard sealants fail. Designed to disperse evenly in water-based ballast, Hydro-Seal seals punctures up to 13mm in the tread, helping reduce costly downtime and tyre repairs across agricultural, landscaping, and heavy equipment.
Unlike conventional tyre sealants, Hydro-Seal remains effective when mixed with water, providing consistent performance without separation. It also enhances traction, stability, and safety, making it ideal for tractors, mowers, and agricultural machinery.
⚠️ Only for water ballast tyres. Not suitable for air-filled tyres.
Compatible with common anti-freeze solutions (ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and calcium chloride), Hydro-Seal performs in all conditions — including sub-zero environments. It works in both tubed and tubeless tyres, is environmentally safe, non-corrosive, and lasts the life of the tyre when correctly installed.
