Tyres on motorcycles, like any vehicle play a vital role in performance, handling and safety. Particularly important when there is only two small contact areas for motorcycles. Slow air leaks can result in a motorcyclist riding on tyres with too little air pressure which is dangerous. The tyres will build excessive heat which could cause a sudden tyre failure or significantly reduce the life of the tyre.
Air-Seal® reduces the probability of punctures, or slow air leaks in functioning tyres. In fact, this technology is not matched by any other tyre sealant available and can prevent 95% of tyre punctures! This sealant also distributes heat build-up which means the tyre runs cooler and lasts longer.

How much Air-Seal® will I need?
The recommended application for 8”, 9”, 10” and 11” wheel rims is: up to 950 mL/tyre. Tyres, which are used for Quad Bikes and accessories can also use Air-Seal®.
You can order Air-Seal® in 950 mL bottles with a valve core tool, installation tubing and full instructions for use. A source of compressed air or a foot pump will be required to re-inflate the tyre after application. During installation avoid the sealant being swallowed or splashed in the eyes.
Air-Seal® for recreational/personal use can be supplied individually or in convenient packs of 12 if requested. It has an infinite shelf-life and it’s also 100% reusable, either from old tyre to new or old tyre to bulk container.
