do I need?
Air-Seal® is based on the most sophisticated technology developed over twenty years. It’s a sealant based on technology which is designed to greatly reduce the probability of punctures, or slow air leaks in tyres.
Companies that are using Air-Seal® for their on-road and off-road heavy-duty vehicles (plus those with multi-axle construction), are achieving increased profits because of reduction in tyre puncture repairs. It is also reducing vehicle/equipment downtime.
Once a puncture occurs, the centrifugal force and the jet action of escaping air propel the sealant to the area of the problem. As the tyre flexes under load conditions, the millions of fibres and fillers are compressed to form a permanent plug. Air loss is minimal. This process can be repeated many times without the need of additional sealant.

Air-Seal® extends tyre life for heavy-duty on-road equipment
Under inflation or slow air leaks are the leading causes of premature tyre wear and failure. The application of this sealant to reduce these conditions not only extends the life of the tyre (if the tyre is used on-road only) but also increases fuel economy because it reduces rolling resistance.
